By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. OSNR reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that transaction.
OSNR is a limited-edition fashion brand operating from the United Kingdom and Sweden. We produce small-run statement pieces designed to be permanent. Each piece is released in limited quantities. Once sold, it is gone.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. OSNR reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We are not liable for any losses resulting from our refusal to fulfil an order.
All products are subject to availability. Given the limited-run nature of our releases, items may sell out before your order is processed. In the event an item is unavailable after payment, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
All prices are listed in GBP (£). For customers in Sweden and the EU, currency conversion and any applicable VAT will be displayed at checkout. OSNR reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price at the time of confirmed order is the price you pay.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. OSNR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Each piece released by OSNR is produced in limited quantities and will not be restocked. Once sold, it is gone.
Size Exchanges
In exceptional circumstances, size exchanges may be offered at our discretion, subject to stock availability. If you believe you have ordered the wrong size, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@osnrclo.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate where stock allows, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, damaged, significantly not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@osnrclo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement or resolution in line with your statutory rights.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or size, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@osnrclo.com, and we will make it right.
All content on this site — including imagery, copy, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of OSNR. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSNR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Customers in Sweden and the EU also retain any rights afforded to them under applicable local consumer protection laws.
