All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK/Swedish public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination country.
OSNR ships worldwide. For orders outside the UK, your shipment may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
OSNR has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict additional charges. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few additional business days before contacting us — delays can occur during busy periods or at customs.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@osnrclo.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
OSNR is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@osnrclo.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and resolve it in line with your statutory rights.
